Swedish massage is one of the most popular forms of massage therapy. It can help you relax, give you more energy, and may help after an injury. Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints.

**Please let us know when scheduling your appointment if you have any known allergies to any of these oils. Oils used: Hemp seed, vitamin E, almond, grape seed, olive, avocado, coconut.

Most clients choose to completely undress, some leaving only underwear on. The massage therapist will drape a sheet over your body and pull it back and adjust it as they work their way around. You will be covered most of the time.
